Term 2 Chess Program Registration Years 1-9

0

Dear Parents,

When registering your child for the Alamanda Term 2 Chess Club program through the ku.zone link  provided, (  Term 2 Registration Link )  please note the following:

To accommodate parent requests and attempt to avoid clashes with students’ other activities we have spread the level of classes across three days.

This means that you can now choose one of three days for your child to attend.

For Term 2 there will be little change to classes therefore;

a) if your child attended an INTERMEDIATE class in term 1, you should register them for an INTERMEDIATE class in Term 2. You may select the class on the day with suit best.

b) if your child attended a BEGINNER class in term 1, you should register them for an BEGINNER class in Term 2. You may select the class on the day with suit best.

c) if your child attended the ADVANCED class, please select the Friday ADVANCED class.

d) if your child attended the ABSOLUTE BEGINNER RED class in term 1, please select Wednesday BEGINNER BASIC.

e) if your child attended the ABSOLUTE BEGINNER BLUE class in term 1, please select Thursday ABSOLUTE BEGINNER.

e) if your child has not participated in the program before, please register them for either the (Wed) BEGINNER BASIC or (Thur) ABSOLUTE BEGINNER class.

IMPORTANT: Also please note that during the registration process you will come across a little box marked POLICY which is ticked by default for safety reasons.

If you wish your child to be dismissed after class without a coach sighting a parent, YOU MUST UNTICK this box.

Late fees apply if you do not give us permission to release your child and they are not collected by a parent or guardian on time.

Please see our Terms & Conditions.

Also, we may need to notify you of any operational changes to classes so please be sure to whitelist the email domain @chesskids.com.au to be sure to receive our emails (or check your junk/spam folder regularly).

If you require assistance with registrations, please call Kid’s Unlimited on 1300 4 CHESS (1300 424 377) or Phil on 0478 604 601.
